The cardinal family name plaque is a beautiful sign to display a household's name and established date at your home. This plaque features a cast of two cardinals perched on a branch at the top, with the name and established date at the bottom. It makes a perfect anniversary gift or housewarming gift.

This plaque is available in a choice of 18 colors (see inset for choices) and is made of cast aluminum that is weather resistant and will last for years.

You will personalize the plaque by adding the last name (up to twelve 1.25" characters), as well as selecting the month, day and year established. You may also choose to go with just the month and year if you so desire.

Our cardinal wedding plaque is available in both the wall mount and lawn display styles. The lawn display includes two 18" stakes to firmly secure in the ground.
