Tin Sign Alternative AT Wilson MilkItem #: 1005
Way back before large commercial dairies were able to ship quantities of perishables in refrigerated railroad cars, local dairy farms distributed their own milk and other products in neighboring communities under their own, often home designed labels. One of these was the A.T. WILSON and Sons dairy in Gardiner, New York. Samantha, the cow featured in the center of the sign, was a favorite of eldest son Alexander, a rather talented artist.
11 1/4" Round
